At Shifa Supplements, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you change your mind, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure you are satisfied with your experience.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To maintain strict health and safety standards for all our customers, please note the following requirements:

  • Sealed & Unopened: As our products are consumables, items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with the outer seal intact.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging just as you received it.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt with your request.

  • Please note: We cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened or where the tamper-evident seal has been broken.

Restocking Fee & Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover processing and administrative costs. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Exclusions: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
